  2. Royal Mail 1st Class – Cost: £2.49 Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
  3. Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm – Cost: £7.00 Delivery Time: Next working day by 1pm
  4. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Cost: £3.00 Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
  5. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Cost: £2.25 Delivery Time: 2-3 working days

For orders over £10, we provide Free Shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class as our default option. This shipping method offers a delivery time of 2-3 working days. However, if you prefer a faster shipping option, you can select from our other available choices at the respective costs mentioned above.

Please note that the delivery times mentioned above are approximate and are subject to Royal Mail’s delivery standards. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, there might be slight delays in delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Returns Policy

At Profumo Bros Ltd, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please take a moment to review our Returns Policy and Money Back Guarantee outlined below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that have not been tampered with and are in their original condition. Due to the nature of the products Profumo Bros Ltd sell, eligibility will be subject to verification of the product in its original form to confirm the product has not been altered in anyway. If the product is returned in a condition in which the product is not resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. For all purchases it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order as this will be final. If an incorrect address or incomplete address was provided during this process it is the customers responsibility and Profumo Bros Ltd have the right to refuse a return/refund on this. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Money Back Guarantee: We proudly offer a money back guarantee within 14 days of the purchase date subject to eligibility for returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and Profumo Bros Ltd confirm your eligibility for a return, you can return the item for a refund subject to a restocking fee and examination fee.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been tampered with or altered in any way. Additionally, personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
  4. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase amount. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned items. Large orders of over 30 items are subject to an increased restocking fee of 20%. After 48 hours of receiving confirmation from the team processing the order email, the restocking fee will increase to 25%. After the large order has been dispatched this will then increase to 35% to cover the teams allocated resources and expenses.
  5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our Customer Service team at to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Confirm with the customer service team the return method.
  • Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the RA number on the package and clearly write it on the return label.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method that was agreed with customer service.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the return and apply the applicable restocking and examination fee.
  1. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. You must confirm with Profumo Bros Ltd the method of secure and insured delivery method.
